David Dale Johnson has been making the home selling and buying process easier since 1988.  He makes it clear he is not a "salesman". Rather, his role is to be the manager of the complicated process of selling and buying real estate.  His goal is to make the process easier for his clients.  His experience gives him the ability to anticipate most of the potential roadblocks and pitfalls of a transaction so that he and his clients can be responsive rather than reactive to the many issues that may develop. Because of his experience, his client's buying and selling experiences are easier and as smooth and enjoyable as possible. 

David Dale (as he's known in the real estate community), grew up in Rockford and returned to raise a family after serving in the United State Air Force as a Management Analyst and traveling extensively as an auditor.  He seldom needs a GPS or map and instinctively knows the nooks, crannies, and histories of the communities and neighborhoods he serves.  

David (as he's known to his friends, family and clients), served 8 years as one of three members of the Winnebago County Board of Review. He mediated and arbitrated thousands of property tax assessment disputes between property owners and assessors.  He is considered one of the top property tax experts in the region.  Also, because of his experience on the Board of Review, he is considered to be one of the top property valuation experts in the region.  

David Dale expects professionalism and honesty of himself and his fellow Realtors®. He has served as the Chairman of the Illinois Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee, as Chairman of the Illinois and Rockford Area Realtors® Grievance Committees, and is a Past President of the Rockford Area Association of Realtors®. He has also been recognized by his Realtor® colleagues as a "Realtor® of the Year".
